The work of the centre is based on the expertise of the best similar European clinics. The centre is located in a 2-storey building with the total area of 1000 sq.m. It accommodates an polyclinic department, hospital department with patient capacity of 25 beds and an operational unit.

The head doctor of the clinic is Doctor of Medicine, Professor Andriy M. Petrunya, chair of the department of ophthalmology in Luhansk State Medical University, member of European society of cataract and refractive surgeons (ESCRS), full member of American Academy of ophthalmology (AAO), panel member of Ukrainian Society of ophthalmologists, member of Ukrainian Society of ophthalmosurgeons, children's ophthalmologists, retinologists and glaucomatologists, doctor of higher category in ophthalmology.
Only highly-qualified specialists, candidates and doctors of medical science, doctors and nurses of higher category work at the centre. All of them take part in creation of new programs and therapeutic techniques.

Only in Luhansk regional centre for eye diseases performing excimer laser correction of vision  in modern excimer laser Esiris of  "Shwind" company and vitreoretinal surgery for diseases of the retina and vitreous.

Modern efficient apparatuses, surgical techniques and methods the centre is armed with make it possible to cardinally improve the quality of diagnosing and treatment, to perform a lot of surgical and conservative manipulations in the out-patient setting.
